Founder-CEO Ye Guofu built a global retail empire on affordable, well-designed goods—turning $1.50 mascara and $6 headphones into a network of 5,000+ stores (2,000+ overseas). Born in Guangzhou, the company listed on the NYSE in 2020 and added a Hong Kong listing in 2022.
Now comes his boldest move yet: after a major brand reset, Miniso plans to spin off its fast-growing subsidiary TOP TOY and list it separately in Hong Kong.
